For a $10.00 per card donation, we will hand address and mail a beautiful imprinted holiday card stating that you have made a contribution in honor or in memory of your loved ones, friends and / or business associates. Please list the names and addresses of those you wish to remember on the form below. Please indicate whether the donation is a memorial or an honorarium.
