The Hospice team works together to develop a plan of care for each patient. The team can include anyone involved with the patient. The Hospice team helps each patient prepare for death in his or her own way: in comfort, with dignity, in a spirit of hope and with a sense of personal satisfaction and self-worth.

Referrals may be made by patients, family members, physicians, ministers, friends - anyone who cares. Hospice accepts patients of all ages and with any life-limiting illness (cancer, heart disease, emphysema, AIDS, etc). Services are provided regardless of ability to pay.
